Hot or Not?
Found a quick collection of photos taken after some snow. This winter has been mercifully warm. Usually, the temperature has been around 0 to 5 degrees C. None of the -10 or -15 craziness of last winter when I was here! Honestly, I am so thankful...my body is delicate! I cannot handle the cold - I'm from the valley, remember??
Anyway, these are a few snapshots taken around my apartment. It's pretty cool (ha!) - my apartment is ridiculously close to a river equipped with a massive walking path. HJ and I decided to explore this winter wonderland one afternoon until we realized that, yeah, it's still pretty cold.
Apparently, someone thought it was a good idea to ride their bike...until they realized..."Oh, yeah, there's snow everywhere."
I'm not sure if you can see those red neon crosses in the background. Those crosses are a huge part of the landscape here, just absolutely everywhere.
HJ posing with a mini-snowman made by an unknown artist..
It just goes and goes..
HJ in front of my building! Chung-gu-blue-ville. Unfortunately, my apartment does not face the mighty river - I'm stuck looking at all my neighbours smoking..
I think that actually might be Jeong-ja in the background, another little community in Bundang.

Here's to staying warm! Hope everyone's nice and cosy wherever they are. With spring coming, there is nothing to fear!
Cheers,
-Paul
